Create an Agency Model for a Corpus Document

A corpus document can have a dependent agency model, which is stored as a stand-alone file in the corpus directory.

Follow these steps to create an agency model for a corpus document:

        - Open LogosLink Desktop.

        -
Open a corpus by clicking on the Open button in the Home ribbon tab.
Alternatively, open the backstage and click on Open to select or browse for a corpus.
LogosLink Desktop shows the corpus in a new window.

        -
Make sure that the corpus is in read/write mode.
You can check and change this via the Access Mode button in the Home ribbon tab.

        -
Find the document for which you want to create an agency model.
You can locate the document by browsing through the Elements pane, via quick find, through a bookmark or comment, or through a filter.

        -
Right-click the document and select the Create Agency Model... item in the context menu.
Alternatively, you can click the Agency Model, Create button on the Document ribbon tab.

        -
LogosLink Desktop asks you to confirm that you want to create an agency model for the document.
            Click OK to do it.

        -
LogosLink Desktop creates the agency model and shows it into a new window.
The document context text appears as content text for the new agency model.
This agency model is stored as a stand-alone file, so you will need to save it after you make changes to it.

When you create an agency model for a corpus document, the agency model is created with a blank question set.
You can propagate the corpus question set, or a topic's question set, into the document's.
